The Battersea Badgers Cricket Club is a social team based in Wandsworth in South West London. The squad is made up of a friendly mixture of wayward club cricketers, enthusiastic Sunday players and up and coming stars temporarily pretending to be novices.

Nets and Games

We hold indoor net sessions on Tuesday nights at the Latchmere Leisure Centre in Battersea all year round. During the summer we play 40 and 20 over games, the occasional epic two-day ‘supertest’, and even compete in the odd 6-a-side tournament. See the games section for a list of upcoming fixtures and recent results.

Tour

We go on tour every year too—in the past few seasons we’ve played cricket in the Czech Republic, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, Slovenia and Cyprus. Come winter there is no drop in the action and while nets continue as usual, we also keep sharp with a series of intra-club indoor matches.
