The Thespian Thunderers came off second best once again against the Battersea Badgers, on this occasion in a timed game at Haydons Road. Having been bowled out for 154, they were unable to prevent the Badgers reaching their target with plenty of time to spare. Thomas took 3 wickets, Walker scored a fifty and Morse sledged a couple of little boys for walking on the pitch.
